How do I create an event lover profile?
It’s easy! Just register.

How do I get my ticket?
Shoobs sends e-tickets directly to your email address, so you don’t have to rely on, the sometimes AWOL, Mr Postman! Our friendly robot will send your tickets within minutes of the transaction, in an email from notifications@shoobs.com. Please don’t ask our robot questions as he is still young and can’t read or write just yet.

What is the email from RBS WorldPay about?
Please note that our payment provider RBS WorldPay will also send you an email confirming the transaction – this is not your ticket.

How do I gain entry to the event?
Just print your e-ticket and present it at the event and a form of identification (your driving license would work well).

I haven’t received my e-ticket?
Really?! That’s strange! Have you checked your junk mail? No worries, just log into your profile and you will find your printable tickets in the “going to” section. However for the future, double check your email settings, and add notifications@shoobs.com and tickets@shoobs.com to your list of email friends, to ensure you get our messages.

The event got cancelled, what happens now?
That's such a shame. We promise to let you know by email the minute an event has been cancelled or rescheduled. If it's been cancelled, we'll automatically refund the face value of the ticket within 14 days of the cancelled event.
If it’s been rescheduled and you can make the event, just take your original ticket and enjoy your night! Otherwise to request a refund of the face value of the ticket, email refund@shoobs.com. All requests for refunds should be made no later than 12 hours before the start of the rescheduled event. Please include your booking and ticket references. See the Terms of use for further details.

What are the recommended events on my profile?
Mathematics and going-out seem like oil and water, but fusing these two we have created a clever little robot to work out what type of events you may like! So sit back and let our robot do all the hard work!

How do I edit my profile?
When you log-in to your account, you'll find the “edit” button at the top of the page. Select “edit” and be sure to tell us a bit more about yourself.

How do I share my adventures with my Facebook Friends?
In the edit profile section (see previous point) locate the “Connect to Facebook” button and follow the simple instructions. Once completed, tick the box entitled “publish my ticket purchase to my Facebook account” and you’re done.

How do I find an event?
Shoobs prides itself on helping you find events super quick. Find them on our homepage, find them via our search boxes, find them on your profile page, find them via our dedicated Events page; they are everywhere, we are sure you'll find them!

Why do I have to register?
We just need a few details in order to send e-tickets to your email address. Your details are safe and we will not pass them onto a third party. For further details, please refer to our privacy policy.

How do I keep track of my favourite promoters?
Like Twitter, follow your favourite promoters to make sure you never miss one of their events again! Go to the promoter’s page and select “Start Following”. Be sure to select the tick box to ensure that the promoter can email you directly with exclusive offers, further event information etc.

How do I stop tracking a promoter?
To stop following a promoter just visit their page and select “stop following” from the “followers box”, and that's it – job done!
