The Peace and Love Concert

CultureMix presents the third Peace and Love Concert, an evening of music featuring an eclectic selection of live reggae, sound system, steel pan and introducing the first performance from Latin percussion and lyrical poet duo The Percussive Word.

The event features the return of dynamic reggae outfit IYA Rebels performing new songs from their soon to be released album.

Spinning revival and dub plates is the Jah Lion Movement, the popular Reading based roots and dub reggae sound system. Calypso favourites RASPO Steel Band will showcase their talented youth ensemble, all as part of the Reading Year of Culture celebrations.
