The initial meet only lasts a few minutes and who knows you just might meet someone special.

Format of the Evening

1. Registration (6:00pm - 7:00pm) We do ask that everyone arrives before 7:00pm so we can start exactly on time. As this is a speed dating event, late coming can cause disruptions to the arrangements of the dating and make it unpleasant for other attendees. You will be handed a score card when you arrive and on it you will write down the names of all your dates and tick to show who you are or aren't interested in.

2. Speed Dating (7:00pm - 9:00pm) The dating begins! You will get to date someone of the opposite sex for five minutes. This is your chance to get to know them. But is five minutes long enough to make an impression and work out if you want to see someone again? Research suggests that chemistry can be felt within the first thirty seconds of meeting someone, and that is what speed dating is all about, knowing quickly if you are going to like someone.

3. 9:00pm onwards - The Speed Dating ends but the fun continues! Attendees will have to exit the nightclub area and move to the bar or restaurant where they may continue speaking to each other. So fellas this will be your chance to buy that lady you wanted to speak to for longer a drink!

In three days, attendees will be emailed their matches along with their contact details and they can take things from there!
