Team Kevlar Fitness Thai Boxing

Team Kevlar bring Martial arts designed for the modern city worker, creating a platform for one to de-stress, burn calories, tone up and meet new people with similar goals in making fitness a lifestyle.

Sessions teach you to punch, kick, defend yourself and look good while having fun in training.

Pad work, bag work, combinations, core exercises and full body workouts are all included.

Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm, Saturdays at 9am and 10am.
