Re-live the energy and joy of Carnival every week at Carnival Vibes! Carnival Vibes is a fusion class of Soca and Dancehall with HIIT and Wellness. No matter your level- from dance enthusiast to professional "Feteran" to prima ballerina, this class offers feels good fun that hardly anyone can resist! Our class challenges you to embody the bold grooves of dancehall with the high energy, syncopated movement of soca. We interweave confidence building exercises into our class to get you to embrace your BODY and the way YOU MOVE whilst of course enjoying the atmosphere of carnival in a studio and getting a sweat on! Get ready to party!
