Firstly, we would like to say a huge thank you for your continuous support through these uncertain times. It comes with great sadness that unfortunately, we have had to make the difficult decision to postpone the event. We know this will be disappointing to everyone who had plans to attend, but also for all the artists, contractors and staff who was counting on Reggae Jam Manchester for work. We can only say how sorry we are that we couldn’t make it work for this year. We have tried everything in our power to have the event this year, but all the odds are sadly stacked against us; the travelling and isolation restrictions for artists from Jamaica and sadly COVID-19 specific cancellation insurance for events simply does not exist at this point in time. This means anyone putting on an event this year, will be doing so without the safety net of insurance to cover them should COVID prevent them from going ahead in any capacity. Reggae Jam Manchester will be rescheduled until next year with the same artists and also new additions. We are truly devastated that we are unable to bring you the event this summer and know how hard it will be for all of you that was looking forward to partying at the festival. We will be back in 2022 but until then stay safe. Team Reggae Jam Manchester
