Event has been cancelled by organiser

On the 25th of June 2021, an incident occurred on Emma Street, E2 following an event at the Oval Space. Unfortunately this has resulted in the venue booked for Bashment Nation "Oval Space" to now be subject to a licence review. Whilst Oval Space continues to operate, the review has had a knock-on effect to ourselves as promoters / event organisers as in their words "they have to cancel Bashment Nation as well as a number of other events as a precautionary measure" This is disappointing for us the promoters / event organisers as well as yourselves the ticket buyers and artists involved who were looking forward to Bashment Nation on the 20th August 2021. Oval Space have said they intend to reinstate all events (including Bashment Nation) following their review and will be working closely with help from the promoters and management to develop a world-class, robust safety plan around the venue to mitigate any further disruption to business, events and partying. Unfortunately this is all out of our control and we are unable to find a venue large enough to facilitate the expected crowd. Therefore we have been left with no option but to cancel the event.
