Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket and attending the Halloween Event: * Each ticket entitles the holder to a single entrance to the event before 1 am. * We recommend arriving early to minimize queuing time. Guests purchasing group tickets are kindly requested to arrive together to prevent any confusion at the door. A £50 deposit or more is required to secure your reservation. Please note that the number of guests may vary from the number of table seats, but extra guests can join the area. Only some tables include free entry, so please double-check the booking before making a reservation. * Ticket holders must comply with the venue's entrance guidelines, including adherence to the specified Halloween attire, such as fancy dress. * Ticket holders must also adhere to the venue's entrance guidelines, encompassing age restrictions, the Halloween dress code, restrictions related to intoxication, and other pertinent guidelines. * Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in refusal of admission. * Please be aware that entertainment, decorations, acts, and performers may be subject to change. We kindly request guests to refrain from arriving at the venue in an intoxicated state. * Refunds will not be issued if the ticket holder is refused admission for non-compliance with the venue's entrance guidelines. The final decision rests with our security team. * Refunds will ONLY be issued in the event of a cancellation. Should the event be relocated to another venue, refunds are not applicable. * To facilitate seamless entry into the venue, table bookings must be claimed by a specific time.
