No tickets can be refunded or exchanged

This event is fully licensed and paramedics and fully certified security teams will be working throughout the event

Photo ID is required by customers this can be one of the following:

- Driving licence or Provisional Licence
- Citizen Card
- 16+ Oyster card (photo)
- Online Digital Identity YOTI
--- For added verification incase any photos do not look like you bring a bank card with the matching name
