Join BFTLDN for a special session geared towards black women and wellness. We'll be joined by Bonita Hinckson who will running a relaxing afternoon of yoga and wellness.
Enjoy a rejuvenating yoga class, breathing techniques, and a calming meditation. Bonita will also share tips for staying mentally healthy while travelling. Whether you're experienced or new to yoga, this event will give you useful tools to stay balanced and calm, no matter where you go.
Tips to enjoy your session:
-The studio will be well equipped so all you'll need to bring is a bottle of water and a small towel. A journal or notebook is also advised so you can set intentions for your practice.
-No previous experience is required for beginners. The class will offer modifications and variations for different skill levels, ensuring everyone can participate comfortably.
- Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Avoid overly loose clothing that might interfere with your practice.
- Please inform the instructor before the class about any injuries or medical conditions. Modifications will be provided to ensure a safe practice for all participants.
- It is advisable to eat at least 1-2 hours before the class to avoid discomfort during practice. A light snack, such as fruit or a smoothie, is ideal if you need to eat closer to class time.
