Wingin' It with Rum – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and attending Wingin' It with Rum, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Entry & Booking

Age Requirement: All guests must be 18 years or older. Valid ID will be required for entry.
Large Group Bookings: If you have a large booking inquiry or have purchased individual tickets as part of a large group, please contact us in advance at winginitshoreditch@gmail.com to ensure your group is accommodated.
Tickets & Reservations: All tickets must be purchased in advance. Entry is only guaranteed with a valid ticket.

2. Bottomless Drinks & Food Policy

Bottomless Rum Punch (1PM - 2PM): Each guest is entitled to one drink at a time from the bar. Sharing drinks is not permitted.
Bottomless Wings & Fries (2PM - 3PM):
Choose from BBQ, Spicy, or Crispy Wings.
Vegan Cauliflower Wings available upon request.
All wings are served with bottomless fries.
Guests must not waste food, and management reserves the right to refuse service if food is being misused.
Service Times Strictly Enforced:
Drinks and food will only be available during the specified times.
If you miss your seating, arrive late, or arrive after meal service has begun, chefs will not be able to accommodate latecomers or serve missed courses. No exceptions will be made.
Responsible Drinking: Management reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest who appears intoxicated or is acting in a disruptive manner.

3. Event Rules & Conduct

Respect the Venue & Staff: Any guest found to be behaving inappropriately or causing disruption may be asked to leave without a refund.
Music & Entertainment: DJ Davy Diamond will be performing live. We encourage dancing and good vibes, but please respect fellow guests and venue staff.
Final Entry: We recommend arriving on time to make the most of your experience. Late arrivals will not be entitled to any extensions, refunds, or additional service beyond the scheduled times.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified via email with refund or rescheduling options.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

The event organizers and venue accept no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
By attending, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and that the organizers are not liable for any personal injury or damages incurred.
By purchasing a ticket and attending Wingin' It with Rum, you acknowledge and agree to these terms & conditions.
