IDs are a must, NO ID NO ENTRY

Is my ticket transferable?

Yes it is.

Can I wear trainers?

Yes you can.

Can I wear caps/hats/hoodies?

No you cannot wear caps/hats/hoodies in the venue.

Do I have to print my ticket?

No you don't need to print your ticket, as long as your ticket can be shown on your smart phone(iPhones and Androids)

What's the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable

If i am refused entry by the venue, do I get a refund on my tickets?

Scala reserves the right to refuse entry. Tickets still remains non-refundable.

The name on the ticket does not match the attendee. Is that okay?

You will still gain entry, as long as the ticket has not been used before you arrived, and we would be able to tell once we scan the ticket.
