Our ever-popular History of Hip-Hop party returns with another incredible line up.
Each DJ takes on a decade of the most influential musical form of all time. Spinning all the latest heat from 2010- today we have 1xtra’s own DJ Semtex. With a style as explosive as his name would suggest he is sure to set the place alight.
In the last few months DJ Cable has made himself a firm favourite of The Doctor’s Orders’ crowd. Taking on a decade littered with dance-floor bangers by the likes of The Neptunes he will take us from 2000-2010.
Big boss of The Doctor’s Orders Spin Doctor grew up on the golden age of 90’s boom bap so is perfectly placed to take you from 1990-2000 with a selection of funk driven classics.
In the bar we are taking thing back to the early days of block party 80’s hip-hop and classic funk, soul & disco with our very own Mo Fingaz & Ralphonze 90.
Expect another exciting night of edutainment exploring every year of the 40+ year History of Hip-Hop.
