Whose drug addiction destroyed his hopes of a professional basketball career, but who went on to become one of Harlem’s most influential citizens after his recovery from drug abuse.

In this dramatisation much-loved actor ‘Don Cheadle’ gives an amazing performance.

Award winner James Earl Jones also adds life and warmth to this incredible story of a man’s determination to rise above poverty, his mistakes and the hand life has dealt him. His experiences encourage him to help others through sport and enable them to not follow the same perilous path.
