CARDIO & FITNESS

Skipping, Jogging, Press Ups, Sit Ups, Lunges, Squats, Burpees, Mountain climbs, Squat Thrusts, medicine ball, weights plus more

BOXING

Learn how to stand, punch, avoid punches, block punches, shoulder roll and throw fancy combinations. One on one pad work, punch bag drills, defensive skills and light optional sparring for those who want to.
Suitable for all adult ages, from 16+.
All shapes & sizes welcome.
Changing rooms and showers available.
Full size boxing ring.
Communal boxing gloves available (own gloves are advised, get gloves from sports direct from £15).
