FAQ's

Do we have to buy a locker / charger in advance?
We do suggest that you purchase in advance so that you get the early bird discount and to secure your lockers / chargers but if available you can purchase on the day but the price will be a little higher

Is there parking on site?
There is no parking on site and we highly advise you do not travel by car as there will be many road closures in place around the site

Are press passes available?
Press passes are booked up very quickly as we have a waiting list already from previous years, Please e-mail press@onedancefestivals.com

How do I apply to trade at the festival?

What’s the dress code?
Festival Wear so anything goes!

Will food be available at the event?
There will be lots of choices of hot and cold food available throughout the event

Can I get in without ID?
This is an over 18s event, we recommend everyone brings ID, no refunds can be given for refusal of entry due to no ID if the security feel you look young

Can I come in and out of the event?
There is no re admission, if you leave the event you will not be allowed back in

Will there be cash machines available on site?
Yes there will be cash machines available on site

Can I bring my own food and drink?
No food or drink can be brought into the festival, initially we did say a small sealed bottle of water will be ok, however with the heightened security all these bottles will need to be checked and it can delay entry times, free tap water will be available at the main bar.

Can I bring Perfume or aerosoles?
Strictly no Glass can be brought into the event, perfume can only be brought in a plastic container or bottle and must be sprayed on yourself on entry, no aerosoles are allowed.
There will be a selection of perfumes and deodorants available at the merchandise stand

Will I be searched on entry?
Full searches & Metal detectors will be a condition of entry

Where is the after party?
We will be releasing more information on the official after party soon, but the event will be No ID No Entry!

What if I have a problem during the event?
To try to ensure the best customer experience we will be putting 2 help points in place, 1 inside and 1 outside the festival, if you have any problems, issues or complaints these will only be resolved if you report them there and then on site as most can be done so that you can continue to enjoy your day – we want to make sure they are resolved straight away so our policy will be to only deal with a complaint if it is reported during the event.

When will the set times be released?
We will release the set times 48 Hours before the event, please ensure you are following us on social media to stay up to date with the latest info!
