Empower You is a workshop that has been perfected to provide inspiration, motivation, guidance and support to those who seek change.

A workshop that shares knowledge and experiences, but also teaches you practical skills, and provides tools and practices that can change how you see yourself, how you see the world and how you live your daily life. Our aim is to help you get to that next place, take that next step or just start to implement change.

Our OCTOBER Workshop will be centered around 'What's on the other side of Fear'. And through activities and collective discussions we will explore how we see fear, approach fearful situations, and tackle them. With years of expertise from our guest speakers (Theresa Fearon: Relationship Counsellor and James Dean Sewell: Motivational Speaker), we can confidently provide you with a quality workshop.

What can I expect on the day?

• Four amazing speakers
• Interactions and discussion
• Options for ongoing 1 to 1 support ( via counselling or motivational mentoring)
• Unlimited Refreshments ( Standard Plus Ticket holders only)

1. How we see ourselves ( Self Love)
2. How we speak to ourselves

Group sessions that will be
1. Re-evaluating our personal boundaries
2. Encouraging us to see our own self-worth
3. Developing intra-personal communication

James Dean Sewell: A Husband and Father, Motivational Speaker and Personal Development Trainer & Coach. James is an upcoming Author set to release the first of his 5-Book series entitled, 'It's Not Over: The 7 Golden Keys to Unleash Your Power for Ultimate Success.' His mission to inspire others to know and realise thier dreams.

Theresa Fearon: A Life and Relationship Coach with over 7 years experience. A qualified Christian Counsellor since 1996, wife and mother. Theresa has re-trained in NLP coaching, as well as Anger and Depression Management and now works with couples and individuals to improve relationships with the self and each other.
