DJ Spinall - Party of Your Dreams

Sodamola Oluseye Desmond is a multiple award-winning DJ, record producer and a song writer from Nigeria. He is popularly known as DJ Spinall also known as Top Boy & TheCAP.

Having grown up in Lagos, he started calling himself Spinall in 2003 which as the name implies signifies a DJ who plays all genre of music i.e. he is not restricted to any specific genre. His style of play has been tagged by many as ‘fearless’ as a result of his ability to bring all kinds of music in one play list, a feat that has differentiated him from the rest and won him recognition and several awards. DJ Spinall created a style edge to his outfit known as TheCAP, tracing his roots back to his culture. TheCAP, which fans tags as “TheCrazyAzzParty” has since then been his brand power and identity. Ever since then a lot of party lovers have been seen wearing similar Caps.

DJ Spinall is first African DJ to perform at the SXSW festival in Austin, Texas United and also first Nigerian DJ to tour 6 Cities in the United States including New York, Miami, Houston Texas, Austin, Washington DC. As an official brand ambassador for Smirnoff, Pepsi DJ brand ambassador his feat as a DJ is recognised in and outside the partying circuit!

With his own record label/management company TheCAPMusic, Spinall signed Killertunes & Stunna as producers. The label has been the most sort after music production company in Nigeria. TheCAPMusic has produced some of the biggest hit songs in Africa including - Nowo – DJ Spinall, Yeba – Kiss Daniel, Manya – Mutay & Wizkid, Fake Love – Wizkid & Duncan mighty, Baba – DJ Spinall, Bobo – Davido & Mayorkun, Motigbana – Olamide just to mention a few. On October 28th 2015, DJ Spinall released his debut album titled ‘My Story’ featuring some of the biggest names in African music including 2face Idibia, Mafikizolo, Burna Boy, M.I, Yemi Alade, Timaya, Ice Prince and many more. Including record-breaking hits like Gba Gbee, Money, Pepe Dem, Excuse Me. He has gone on to produce 2 more albums, working with the likes of Davido, Patoranking, Sauti Sol & Mr. Eazi among many others.

He has headlined several sold out show around the world including in Uganda, Marbella, Spain, Stockholm, Togo.
