Hard-copy tickets to be collected on the night from the official shoobs box office window next to the VIP entrance of the venue. Tickets can only be collected by the lead purchaser. Photo ID and bank card used is required, name on the ID must match the lead purchasers name. For group bookings, tickets must be purchased in one transaction to guarantee seating is together.
