Got Soul Cocktail making session (on Zoom)

As part of our 9th Birthday celebration, we have invited the good folks at @Glassmates to teach us how to make 2 cocktails. A Daquire and & Brown Derby.

Ingredients needed for cocktails:

Cocktail 1: Daiquiri
50 Ml light rum
25 fresh lime juice
20 Ml demerara sugar syrup
Garnish: lime twist

Cocktail 2: Brown Derby
75ml Bourbon
50ml Fresh grapefruit juice
25ml Honey syrup
Garnish: Grapefruit twist

Sugar syrup can be made in 30 mins by boiling brown sugar and water in equal measures until it thickens and then allow it to cool. Same with honey syrup.

(No bourbon, cognac/brandy will do.)
