In order for us to effectively and efficiently seat you and your friends/ family at this event, it is imperative that one member from your group emails the full names of the people you would like to sit next to. This is also necessary if you have purchased a party only ticket.

If you and your friends have bought tickets separately, please nominate one person as the table leader and have that person email everyone's name in one email.

If this is not done your entry may be delayed or refused. (If you are coming alone please indicate this also in an email)

If you have booked a VIP table please also indicate the names of those on your table as they won't have tickets.
