All guests will be searched before entry into the event grounds.

Please note: This event has a no refund policy. Refunds will only be issued in the event the festival is cancelled
Food: There will be a choice of food stalls open all day inside the event grounds for sale.
Drinks: There will be fully licensed bars on site; alcohol is NOT permitted from revellers into the event grounds or surroundings during the event day. *No food or drink will be permitted unless purchased inside the festival grounds*

Drugs Policy: Palm wine Festival has a strict anti-drugs and weapon policy. Searches will be carried out on entry and anyone found with any illegal contrabands will be passed straight to the Police.
