It's been a while, we've missed the clubs, and BBC Radio 2 and 1Xtra dj, Trevor Nelson, hasn't been to Bristol in over 4 years, it's been way too long! So what a great time to make his return to one of his favourite soulful spots in the country, on Friday 3rd September Trevor Nelson returns to the west country for a very special old school night playing the very best in old school rnb & soul across 2 rooms at the amazing Thekla! It's Trevor Nelson's first time djing on the famous vessel, although he has some great memories of one of Bristol's most iconic live venues from his time working at record label EMI/ Cooltempo to watch some of his artists back in the day.

Trevor Nelson will be joined by Soul Nation resident Hanif, as well as support from Gloucester's very own Martin IN FULL SWING from the Back In The Day crew.

Expect to hear an eclectic mix of all things old school from 70s & 80s soul, to 90s & 00s hip hop & RNB, classic after classic, this is the only way to get BACK TO LIFE... in style!
