Taking place on 4th September 2021 @ SOE Showground, Haywards Heath, RH17 6TH (25 Mins from London / Near Gatwick Airport).

GENERAL RULES
All guests will be searched before entry into the event grounds. All guests must have identification upon arrival in the form of a driving license or passport
Food and Drink: There will be a choice of food stalls open all day inside the event grounds for sale. Drinks will also be available to purchase from a licensed vendor on the day. Alcohol is not permitted to be brought onto the grounds or surrounding areas during the event. No food or drink is permitted unless purchased inside the festival and will be confiscated upon entry to the fest.
Drugs Policy: AMAFest has a strict No tolerance, anti-drugs and weapons policy. Searches will be carried out on entry and anyone found with any illegal contraband will be passed straight to the Police.
Covid Restrictions Although not mandatory we strongly advise guests to take a lateral flow test within 48hrs of the event and to only attend if this test is negative. Lateral Flow Tests can be ordered here: https://www.gov.uk/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow-tests or picked up from any pharmacy or test site.
Upon entry to the festival our security will be doing temperature checks to ensure the safety of all guests in attendance. If you have a temperature above normal readings you will not be permitted entry. Hand sanitiser will be available, safe queueing distances and one-way systems will be clearly signposted on site, and we recommend wearing face coverings in crowded areas. Cough or sneeze into a clean tissue and dispose of tissue immediately into nearest bin. If you do not have a tissue – cough or sneeze into upper sleeve. Clean your hands afterwards.
Please respect others’ space at our event, adhere to our guidelines, and follow relevant government advice on testing, vaccination, and self-isolation rules.
Refund Policy: Ticket purchases are Non-refundable, however in the event of extenuating circumstances AMA Fest will be going through all refund requests case by case

In the event of postponement for any reason including Covid-19 and / or change of venue you have 7 days in which to make a refund request via email. Should we not hear from you within 7 days your ticket will rollover to the new event date and / venue. Our lineup is subject to change and does not warrant a refund.
