Black History Month, known
also as “African-American
History Month” in America, is
an annual observance which
takes place in the United
States and Canada during the
month of February and
throughout October in the
United Kingdom.
It is a tribute for all of the
important people and events
that have taken place
throughout the history of the
African diaspora.

This year of 2015 - Creating
Role Models aim to bring you
not only one of the most
anticipated Black History month
celebrations, but also the 2nd year of the most talked about Black History
event to take place at the
prestigious London BAFTA, 195 Piccadilly.

Creating Role Models feel it is
time that we celebrate the Afro
Caribbean culture and heritage
in opulent fashion. This event
will be an exclusive BLACK TIE
event. Expect Glitz and
Glamour with inspirational
talks, spoken word and poetry
performances, live music, an
exclusive short film screening
and also an award ceremony
where we will be celebrating
some of our individuals who
have contributed selflessly to
the Afro Caribbean community
throughout the year 2014/15.

There will be many special
invited guest and celebrities in
attendance as well as prolific
media coverage.

This will not only be a great
opportunity to network, but
also a chance to fashion
parade those elegant glad
rags, polish the dust off your
shoes and really have a great
evening with us at Creating
Role Models. This event is
indeed somewhere you can
bring your parents and
children alike and celebrate
together in style.

The fabulous occasion will be
filmed for future broadcast and
promoted globally.
