Carpe Diem Events presents another Edutaining event to raise awareness on Congo's conflict minerals and our technology - Music Meets...A laid back/stripped/raw/organic/acoustic music jam on the 2nd Friday of every month at Calabash of Culture.

The first one features the powerful singer, songwriter, spoken word artist, community activist and event host...ladies and gentlemen I present to you Golden Blue so get ready! If you've never seen this electrifying and energetic performer whose vocal ability when matched with content just hits the spot, then you're in for a treat!

Be prepared to be instantly drawn in and captivated by this performers' healing energy from the very first melodic waves of her soul as she shares the very essence of the soul with you. Golden's music is a beautiful and healing blend of African, Jazz and Blue's with the performance style of the greatest of Griot's.......this wonder woman is a true talent in every meaning of the word.

All this takes place in the lovely and intimate settings of Calabash of Culture, a shop and vegan restaurant dedicated to selling the very best within African culture from books to crafts to jewellery. Arrive early to get some delicious vegan food and a seat!
