Although it's not essential, or compulsory, Gatsby attire is welcomed

So, ladies bring out those beads, sequins, flappers, feathers, silk shawls, and head bands. Maybe even a drop-waisted gown and high heels like Daisy Buchanan. Gentlemen, dust off your pin stripe suits, homburg hats, flashy neckties, gold plated walking sticks. You could adorn your lapel with a carnation like Nucky Thompson, but are you brave enough to wear an all white tuxedo like the Great Jay Gatsby, himself?!
