A specially prepared lavish menu consisting of a selection of traditional Caribbean dishes with Jerk Chicken & Rice and Peas and delicious Saltfish Fritters to name a few popular choices. Additionally, an a' la carte menu with a wider selection of dishes is available on request; as well as delicious deserts to create a 3-course meal.

DJ's MUSCLEHEAD, SEAN M, VICTOR V and SIR ALLAN BRANDO from the internationally acclaimed, Legendary Saxon Sound System plus special guests; shall collectively be spinning both latest and classic tunes with live Mcing for the ultimate party vibes.
Over the past four decades, Saxon had launched many careers including Maxi Priest, Papa Levi, Tippa Irie, and Smiley Culture and massively influenced a new generation of music genres, artists and sound systems collectives such as Massive Attack and Soul II Soul. Saxon continues to tour internationally, including an annual outing at London's Notting Hill Carnival; where some of the biggest international artistes grace their live performance stage.
