Stand up comedy in Wimbledon

A Bring your own booze comedy show at Arthur's cafe in Wimbledon Park, a popular cafe for locals in Wimbledon Park. We bring to you a wide range of comedians from all walks of life.

It is just a five minute walk from Wimbledon Park station. Our shows are every Wednesday, our line up for this evening is:

Marvin McCarthy
A unique and absurd comedic magician who once seen is never forgotten

Rob Moriarty
Rob Moriarty is an Irish comedian who has also performed in Germany and the UK. He has performed at some of the best clubs in Ireland, such as Comedy at The International and The Comedy Crunch.

Monica chatterjee
A comic all the way from India, who has been in the finals and semi-finals of many of the best new act comedy competitions in the UK.

MC Poetry
A hilarious wordsmith who combines the worlds of poetry and comedy, who will mesmerise you with his soulful words.

Lee Hudson
Lee has been performing standup for four years. He was a semi finalist in the 2018 ‘So You Think You’re Funny?’ competition.

Doors open at 6:00pm, where meals will be served till around 8pm, show will finish at around 9:30pm.

Tickets are £6 with a free drink from the cafe, where they can be purchased on instant-laughs.com or on the door.

You can also purchase a meal and comedy ticket for £10, where you can get a burger and chips, sausage and chips or Chicken Katsu curry.

Please be advised only food and drinks purchased from the cafe can be consumed on the premises, Any alcohol brought into the premises will have a corkage fee. £5 per bottle of wine or a pack of 4 cans.
