4. Security and the venue reserve the right to refuse entry in a case where entry standards are not met (ie no ID, too intoxicated, disrespect etc). In this case no refund will be issued.

6. In case of an event cancellation by organisers, refund will be issued. Other than this reason, Tickets are non-refundable or transferable.
