Fancy Dress Essential Your tickets will be delivered by Mobile-ID. You will need to download The O2 venue app to access your tickets. Be sure to sign up with the same email address you used to place this order. Get the Venue app (IOS or Android) You shall see your order in the O2 Venue app prior to the event date. The actual mobile ID QR code will display once tickets are released to customers. Certain events may not be released until closer to the event date. We therefore recommend that you only contact Shoobs, if you don’t see your Mobile ID ticket in the venue app within a week prior to the event date.
