Stand up comedy in Wimbledon park

A Bring your own booze comedy show at Arthur’s cafe in Wimbledon Park, a popular cafe for locals in Wimbledon Park. We bring to you a wide range of comedians from all walks of life, aiming to give you an unforgettable and funny evening.

It is just a five minute walk from Wimbledon Park station. Our shows are every Wednesday, our line up for this evening is:

Marvin McCarthy

A unique, surreal and absurd comedian with a bag of tricks.

Julius Howe
Julius Howe started performing stand-up in 2015 but is already making a name for himself as an original and inventive comic performing at clubs across the UK. Leftfield and belly-laugh funny – the world according to Julius is a surprising and hilarious place.

Peter Jones
Peter Jones is a stand-up comedian from Australia now based in London. He has performed stand-up on the TV series Comedy Up Late (ABC), appeared in Why Are You Like This? (Netflix), and has written for a bunch of TV shows in Australia that won’t mean anything to you if you haven’t lived there, including: The Project (Channel 10), The Weekly (ABC) and for the one week Narrow World Of Sports (FOX Sports) existed before everything was shut down back in 2020.
Sally Firth
Sally is one of the best new character acts on the circuit. The premise of her set is unique and funny, we think you’ll really enjoy watching her.

Tickets are £6 with a free drink from the cafe, where they can be purchased on instant-laughs.com or on the door.

You can also purchase a meal and comedy ticket for £12, where you can get a burger and chips, sausage and chips or Chicken Katsu curry.

Please be advised the only food or drink that isn’t consumed and brought from the cafe, that can be brought in, are alcoholic beverages, where there will be a corkage fee. Corkage fee is £5 for five beer cans or a bottle of wine.
