Anyone in a tracksuit, hat or sportswear may be denied entry by the venue!

Please note everyone will be searched upon entry and NO food or drinks that are from outside the venue will be allowed.

**Performance slots are first come, first served**

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PERFORM- PLEASE READ THE INFO BELOW:

1. Buy a ticket and send us a screenshot

2. Send an email to vibezwithus@gmail.com with the following:

-Your Artist name in the subject
-Attach the track you'd like to perform
- Please ensure the file is named under your stage name (MP3 or WAV File ONLY)

IMPORTANT INFO BELOW:

Your slot will not be secured until you hear back from us via email.

Please give us 4 working days to respond.
Slots will close 48 hours before the event date or when the slots have all been taken

Every artist must arrive between 7pm-8pm, the show will start promptly at 8pm and if your name is called and you are not present, you will lose your slot and not be issued a refund or another slot

Every artist must send us a screenshot of their ticket purchase in order to secure your slot. If we do not receive this at least 48 hours before the event day, your slot will be given to someone else

Please ensure you have sent us the right track, with the correct name of the track on the file name along with your artist/stage name.

Please inform the person on the door that you have arrived to perform when you get there and please bring I.D.

- Due to the high volume of emails we receive. If you haven't submitted the email with the correct information and arrived by 8pm (as stated above) you will NOT be able to perform and your ticket will not be refunded.
