20 years strong in the game. A business man, inventor of DENCH, a social media legend, and pioneer of the UK grime scene putting hard graft into his career, one of the first millionaires from grime music, multiple chart hits to his name, MOBO award winner, entrepreneur and a nice guy to boot. Not too bad for a kid from Walthamstow who used to trade raps with his schoolyard friends.
Bizzle formed his own Lethal Bizzle Records imprint. And at the end of 2004, he released the single ‘Pow! (Forward)’. Produced by Dexplicit, it entered at the U.K. charts and earned him a MOBO award for Best Single. ‘Pow (Forward)’ became the anthem of the underground music scene – an accolade it still holds.
