Ghana’s number 1 award-winning Afrobeats star, SARKODIE will make history and headline his first ever UK Show. The Compozers will be providing live music, and this spectacular event will be hosted by Capital Xtra's Abrantee.

Sarkodie won the Best International Act: Africa category at the 2012 BET Awards. He was nominated in the same category at the 2014 & 2015 BET Awards. In 2015, Sarkodie was ranked the most Influential Ghanaian.

He is now considered one of the major proponents of the Azonto genre and dance. Now made famous by FUSE ODG.

Sarkodie is often named as one of Africa's greatest hip-hop artists. MTV ranked him number 6 on their list of Hottest African MC's .

In 2015, Sarkodie was named by The Guardian as one of the top five hip-hop acts on the African continent.

Sarkodie has already graced the Indigo O2 stage, supporting Fuse ODG on his UK tour.
