Complimentary champagne cocktail (prosecco) Crushed strawberry with a strawberry syrup topped with prosecco

Starters

Salted cod fish fritters severed with a chilli mango dipping sauce

smooth velvety sweet potatoe and pumpkin soup with a coconut cream swirl

Sticky sweet spiced jerk wings

Main Course (1)

A rich braised oxtail stew slow cooked to perfection in a blend of aromatic spices and red wine with fluffy herb dumplings and a white butter bean puree

Main Course (2)

Pan fried fillet of snapper on a bed of steamed vegetables severed with a broth and mini prawn dumplings

Main Course (3)

Jerk chicken breast with a chilli and lime drizzle served with coconut fragrant rice black beans and a mango and coriander salsa

Dessert (1)

Passion fruit and white chocolate Eton mess with a ginger nut crumb topping

A rich moist jamaican rum cake served warm with a Madagascan vanilla custard

Bojangles restaurant is open 7 days a week from 12 midday to 10pm, our bar is open until 1am (2am weekends)
