Edo G - Artifacts - REKS perform live at the prestigious Jazz Cafe

Ed O.G. had the #1 record on Billboard charts with "I Gotta Have It". He has released eleven solo albums and two EPs, toured around the world, and worked with legendary artists such as Pete Rock, DJ Premier, RZA, KRS-One, Common, Black Thought of the Roots, and Masta Ace. Edo will be celebrating the 25th anniversary of Life of a Kid in the Ghetto and his new album and documentary FreEDOm will be released in September.

The Artifacts are a hip hop group consisting of El Da Sensei, Tame One and DJ Kaos. They hail from Newark, New Jersey and make underground music that pays homage to the four elements of hip hop. The Artifacts' most popular single "Wrong Side of Da Tracks" paid special homage to graffiti art, as they were graffiti artists themselves.

R.E.K.S is best known for his work with Statik Selektah and Showoff Records and has released records with DJ Premier, Pete Rock, Alchemist, Large Professor, Styles P, AZ, and Evidence. His new album is slated for a September 9th 2016 release date. REKS will be celebrating this double disk effort this fall.
