Description

WELCOME TO DANCE FUSION!

Working out shouldn't feel like death is calling! Nor should it be boring, take hours or be at a gym!

If you're looking for an alternative way to get fit, come and try Dance Fusion. There's a different genre of music each month and we warm up, dance and do high intensity interval training in 45 minutes. Men and Women are welcome as it's something that will challenge you regardless of your gender, age or ability!

When you leave, you'll love me, when you feel the soreness the day after, you'll hate me (but it'll be temporary!)

Come down on Wednesday and try it out :-) it's my birthday month, so I'll be partying hard!
