Hip Hop Showcase @ Portobello Live

The Blatantly Blunt showcase on April 30 is a part of Portobello Live Festival and features established and emerging rappers hailing from not just UK, but Zimbabwe, Canada and Argentina.

Headliners on the day will be widely revered emcee and producer Micall Parknsun, Taz, whose seminal debut album in 2004 was signed to Def Jam UK and laid the groundwork for today's sound, and Potent Whisper the Brixton activist, spoken word and grime artist who brings his subversive message via the power of the grime sound. On top of that there will be a live graffiti jam and a whole host of hip hop and grime talent from 4-8pm.
