The Cause

This time around all the money raised from ticket sales and anything rasied on the night will be going to Sound Skool. Please see below about the diffficult situation they are currently facing:

SoundSkool's mission is 'Changing young people's lives through music...'

SoundSkool provide fully funded, full time music education to 16-19 year olds including English and maths GCSE/Functional Skills for those who havent achieved these at School.

We our currently been based within CONEL (Enfield Centre) as a franchise partner and have been here for the past 2 years.

Please see the awful news that has happened briefly below and find attached all the information about who we are, what has happened and what you can do:

"The announcement that the College of North East London and Haringey (CONEL) will not renew the SoundSkool’s contract has left 70 students aged between 16 and 19 without a college place including 20 whose prospects of attending university may be adversely affected as a result. Also we have 15 amazing and dedicated staff without jobs.

Having received just three weeks notice, current and former students, staff and supporters have mounted a campaign to secure funding, premises and equipment to allow the college to continue its work into the 2018/19 academic year and beyond."
