Description

You're Crazy is the new single from South London's Jodie Abacus. It is the first of 3 singles that will be released in the lead up to his debut album which will be released in October. The song is about a crazy ex-girlfriend, but as Jodie says "I have a primary rule: Never let your muses know that a song you wrote is about them… Especially the crazy ones.” The song will be premiered online by Clash on the day of its release (20th July). Jodie has over 11 million streams on Spotify, being added to such playlists as New Music Friday (4 times), Sweet Soul Sunday, A Perfect Day and Morning Rhythm to name a few.

He also supported Laura Mvula and Corinne Bailey Rae on their respective UK tours. His previous 3 singles have seen him added to the A-list at Radio 2 twice and the C-list at BBC 6 Music once, as well as receiving a great deal of support from Mistajam and DJ Targett at 1Xtra. He has had support from the likes of Fader, ID, Clash, Metro, Evening Standard, DIY and Noisey. Elton John is a big fan, saying, "Jodie Abacus from South London… I love this song and love his singles. He has a great future ahead of him!”
