Sherika Sherard

Prepare to be challenged and positively moved as you experience the infectious creativity of Sherika Sherard. With a voice like velvet to deliver her robust persona this Artist never fails to warm the hearts of Listeners. Born and raised in South London, it was after listening to Marvin Gaye Sherika came to realise she also wanted to discover her deepest emotions through performance and songwriting. When finding her sound Sherika says “Paolo Nutini told me to pick up the guitar and Nina Simone told me to reflect the current times”
After dropping out of University Sherika decided to put her faith and determination to the test by becoming a full-time busker, as well as becoming a well-known performer on the London music scene regularly invited onto the stages of many prestigious venues including Ronnie Scott's, Jazz Cafe, Shoreditch House and The Century Club, Sherika has also gone on to take several international bookings including The Seychelles, Senegal and Norway.
Last year British Soul Singer Seal suprised Sherika with a visit while she was busking on the Southbank, they performed two duets and Seal went on to invite her to open for 2 of his shows at Old Royal Naval College (London) and Cirque Royal (Brussels). This year Legendary Film director Spike Lee also showed his appreciation for Sherika’s talent by personally picking her original song “We Don’t Need a Reason” to feature of his Netflix Series of “She’s Gotta Have it”.
After independently releasing her Album “Just Saying” and this years E.P “Patience and Fears” Sherika is already focused on her next move, she is a clear example of how the industry has changed, with a strong connection to her fans and regularly performing and interacting with new ones, she has become a personality people can relate to.

Emmanuel Sugo

Emmanuel Sugo is Poet/Producer who is very passionate about champion poetry as a multidisciplinary art form. He is a two time word4word slam, BBC slam finalist, and is recently producing two tours of the show Ilé La Wà which explores home, immigration and belonging within a post brexit Britain. And also sweet like chocolate boy which chronicles the evolution of black British identity through music.

Broken Pen

Brokenpen is a multi abled artist hailing from Angola, Africa living South East London. Pen as he is referred to by his peers has been performing consistently since 28th November 2017 but writing since the age of 18, he now considers himself a wordsmith of sorts, and air
bender of kinds and an all round lyricist. Inspired by artists ranging Ghetts, Bashy and Eminem and an eclectic mix of music from Grime to rap and entertainment mediums such as drama and comedy Brokenpen aims to share the art form he has crafted in his bedroom for more than 8 years with anyone who resonates with the message he feels is given to him by the most high. There is not much left to be said about Pen but when asked why his name is Brokenpen he stated, "my pen breaks every time that I start writing from the weight of my life, it’s exciting emerging from the darkness just to realise that you've always been enlightened."
