TIRED OF ALL THE RAVING AND SUMMER PARTY JAZZ? WANT TO TRY SOMETHING A LITTLE DIFFERENT?

Then come through to "THROWIN' IT DOWN" - A FUN, SOCIAL COOKERY COMPETITION hosted by PR Connexions.

Come along on Saturday 3 August 2019 to throw it down at Enterprise Kitchens in Battersea. This is an event for ALL to enjoy.

You’ll be cooking up a storm following a set menu of inspired tastes and flavours from around the world whilst competing against other chefs.

If you are vegetarian don’t worry we've got you covered – just purchase the vegetarian masterchef ticket.

INGREDIENTS FOR THROWIN' IT DOWN

★ 6 teams of 2 (doesn’t matter if you come alone we will allocate you a partner)

★ 1 Competitive spirit

★ 1 Fun factor

★ A BIG appetite

That’s all you need for this sumptuous experience. At the end a winner will be crowned based on:

★ Best teamwork

★ Presentation and of course

★ Tastiest dish

SO WHAT'S INVOLVED (THE FUN PART)?

While sipping on prosecco/punch (or a soft one for the non-drinkers) and vibing to tunes, YOU have between 1.5-2hrs to THROW IT DOWN in the kitchen, show us your skills and present your work of art.

STANDARD MENU:

★ Main: Succulent Moroccan Lamb with a sumptuous serving of Jollof Couscous.
★ Dessert: Cinnamon topped Plantain Fritters decorated with a glorious Blueberry or Raspberry Coulis.

VEGETARIAN/VEGAN MENU:

★ Main: Spicy Carmel Jollof couscous, garnished with sautéed mushrooms, red onions, kale, tomato stew and fresh herbs.
★ Dessert: Cinnamon topped Plantain Fritters decorated with a glorious Blueberry or Raspberry Coulis.

Both include drink options of rum punch and/or juice for those that don't drink alcohol.

You will be guided by our amazing chef Deji who will demonstrate how to produce a tasty plate of food from scratch. All you have to do is follow.

Once we announce a winner, we’ll sit down to enjoy those tasty dishes.

We have a limited number of places available so book your tickets early to avoid disappointment.
