Merci Me Pop-Up Kitchen is more than just a business, it's a passion project brought to life by head chef, Mischaley Mercier. With a 1st in culinary arts and training at UWL, Mischaley started the kitchen in Medway back in 2018 out of a love of cooking and a desire to fill a gap in the market.
Her inspiration for cooking came from her Antiguan roots, where she learned the art of combining fresh ingredients with unique flavours and spices. Mischaley fell in love with the idea of creating something out of nothing and sharing her love for Caribbean cuisine with others.
Living in Kent, Mischaley noticed a lack of Caribbean takeaways in the area and started selling food from her home kitchen. Her creations quickly gained popularity, and she expanded into catering events, dinner parties, and supper clubs.
Fast forward to 2023, and Merci Me Pop-Up Kitchen has expanded to London, giving them two locations to work from. Their creative menu reflects Mischaley's vision of making Antiguan & Caribbean food modern and exciting while incorporating British influences.
With Mischaley's culinary expertise and her team's passion for providing delicious and innovative fusion cuisine, Merci Me Pop-Up Kitchen is the perfect partner for The Old Tigers Head Pub. Their high hygiene and compliance standards, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will ensure a memorable dining experience for all customers.
