Few producers in the history of Hip-Hop have made 2 more recognisable bangers than those DJ Muggs bangers that still light up any dance-floor. “Insane In The Brain” by his own group Cypress Hill and House of Pain’s mammoth “Jump Around”.
As one third of Cypress Hill DJ Muggs is responsible for creating the sound of an era and the rise of West Coast Hip-Hop in the 90s. So much so they were the first Hip-Hop group to have a star on the Hollywood walk of fame.
His distinctive sound saw him work with the likes of Ice Cube, Mobb Deep, GZA, Roc Marciano, Funkdoobiest, Westside Gunn and in turn inspire the likes of RZA and his own protégé Alchemist.
Come and enjoy this extremely rare opportunity to hear one of the handful of true legendary Hip-Hop producer / DJs as he spins this rare London set at the legendary Jazz Café.
