• The name on the ticket is different to the person attending.

    For E-tickets you can change the name via 'MY EVENTS' via the website (and not the Shoobs App), to do so:

    - Please login to your account and go to your PROFILE (located at the top of the page)

    - Click on the DROPDOWN next to your PROFILE ICON and then click MY EVENTS. 

    - Find the event and then where you see the number of tickets and the arrow, click the DROPDOWN arrow and click EDIT ATTENDEE DETAILS.

    Please be aware you can only amend names one time, and if ticket sales are not closed so please do so asap.

  • I need to change the name on a ticket
