• I need to send tickets to a different email address

    You can send tickets to a different email address via 'MY EVENTS' via the website (and not the Shoobs App), to do so:

    - Please login to your account and go to your PROFILE (located at the top of the page)

    - Click on the DROPDOWN next to your PROFILE ICON and then click MY EVENTS. 

    - Find the event and then where you see the number of tickets and the arrow, click the DROPDOWN arrow and click EDIT ATTENDEE DETAILS.

    Please be aware you can only amend details one time, and if ticket sales are not closed so please do so asap.
