• I used an incorrect email address to purchase tickets.

    If your account is verified you can download tickets from MY TICKETS.

    To amend your email address:

    - Please log in to Shoobs via the incorrect email address you used to create your account.

    - Go to your Profile, near the top right hand side of the page.

    - Click the dropdown arrow and choose 'Edit Profile'

    - Click 'CHANGE EMAIL' and then click SAVE.

    You will then receive an email with a confirmation link and instructions on how to complete the process.

    After confirming your account, you can then download your ticket via MY TICKETS, or resend your ticket to yourself.
