Prepare yourself for a thrilling new take on speed dating - introducing Traitors Dating, the high-stakes, mind-bending event inspired by the BBC's hit show The Traitors. This isn’t just your ordinary matchmaking experience. Instead, it’s a game of wits, deception, and deduction, where you must separate the truth from the lies in the most exhilarating way possible. Do you have what it takes to spot a liar, or will you be the one deceived?

Traitors Dating is set in a dynamic and fun environment where participants will engage in rapid-fire, high-energy speed dating rounds. But here’s the twist: one of the men and women will be a traitor who is actively lying about everything: their name, their job, their age, and other details about their life. The goal of the traitor is simple: to maintain the deception throughout the event and avoid being unmasked. On the other hand, the faithful - the honest players - are tasked with uncovering who is lying, using their intuition, observation skills, and conversational savvy.

How It Works:

Each Traitors Dating event features a series of quick dating rounds, where pairs of participants meet one-on-one for 4 minutes at a time. During these rounds, participants will engage in casual conversation and attempt to learn more about each other. This is where the game truly begins. While one person in the pair is being completely truthful, the other might be fabricating their entire backstory. This could be anything from pretending to be a celebrity or lying about their profession, to inventing stories about their hobbies or family life.

The real fun comes when the faithful start to question the story being told by their date. Should they believe the information, or does something seem off? Through a series of clever questions and observations, the faithful will attempt to spot the traitor. As each round concludes, they’ll be faced with the challenge of deciding who they think is lying, while the traitor works tirelessly to maintain their cover.

The Objective:

Traitors Dating has two main objectives - depending on who you are. If you’re a faithful, your goal is to identify the traitor before time runs out. If you’re a traitor, your aim is to deceive the faithful and remain undetected for the entire event. At the end of the evening, everyone will gather to discuss their suspicions and reveal who they believe was lying.

The Prize:

Here’s the real incentive: Traitors Dating offers a cash prize for the winner. If the traitor manages to keep their identity a secret throughout the event, they’ll walk away with a substantial cash prize. However, if the faithful successfully unmask the traitor, they will share in the prize money. It’s a race against time where both parties must work strategically - whether it’s lying convincingly or asking the right questions.

The event starts at 8pm prompt and any guests arriving late may not be able to take part so please ensure you arrive 15-30 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for registration.

When all the guests have arrived the host will explain how the evening will unfold and you will be provided with a scorecard, name badge and pen. When the event begins women will be seated and men will rotate between tables every 4 minutes. At the end of each date guests mark on their scorecard whether they would like to see that person again.

There will be a 15 minute break half way through to allow for refreshments. The event will finish around 9:30pm but guests are welcome to stay and mingle if they wish.

Please be aware that places are limited and the majority of our events do sell out, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
