Not getting emails from Shoobs

 If you're not getting our emails this may because you have blocked @shoobs.com emails in the past. As such please do the following:

- Check your junk/spam folder for an email from @shoobs.com

- Check all your email folders for an email from @shoobs.com, as your email provider may have automatically sorted your email into a relevant folder

- Check that notifications@shoobs.com / info@shoobs.com / @shoobs.com emails has not been added to your blacklist/blocked/spam list.

- Mark or Add notifications@shoobs.com / info@shoobs.com / @shoobs.com to your emails whitelist/safe/trusted list.

Then resend the relevant email to yourself from the site.
